WeaLink collects basic account information such as name, Gmail address, Malaysian WhatsApp number, login details, page content, short links, QR code data, and simple analytics such as page views, link clicks, and QR scans.
We use this information to provide the service, manage accounts, display user-created pages, process login and password reset requests, prevent abuse, and improve platform reliability.
WeaLink does not require users to upload images or videos directly. External media such as images and videos may be hosted on third-party platforms, and those platforms may have their own privacy policies.
We do not sell user data. We may disclose information when required by law, to prevent abuse, to protect platform security, or to enforce our terms.
Users may contact support to request account assistance, data correction, or account removal where applicable.
